So here is a method to find custom proxy sources you can plug directly into scrapebox for free. It involves grabbing sources from people who use xrumer.

Xrumer comes with a script that you have to upload on one of your sites and it is used to check if proxies are good or not. The file is named engine.php and is stored in a folder called proxyc. Also in that same folder is a txt file named list.txt That file contains the sources that the xrumer user is scraping for proxies.

Ok now you know what we are going to do here is the step by step instruction.

Step 1.

Google this phrase.

inurl:proxyc/engine.php

Step 2.

Click on the results and you should be taken to a page that has a one field form and the url should be hxxp://somedomain.com/proxyc/engine.php

Of course in the example url above the hxxp should be http

Step 3.

Edit the url in your browser and remove the engine.php and replace it with list.txt

Step 4.

Highlight the list of sources and copy them. Next add custom sources to scrapebox by going to the manage proxy area -> harvest proxies -> add source -> from clipboard

Step 5. 

Repeat as many times as you like. There are hundreds of results that you can get different source lists from. I just did one random list.txt and it returned 39000+ proxies

You will now have an unlimited supply of public proxies that are not being pounded by the thousands of scrapebox users. Be sure to not add to many custom sources at a time because it will crash if you add to many. I have found it is easy to get under 20 sources that consistently provide thousands of proxies by testing them and keeping the good sources.
